Company was founded in the year 1965

by Er. K.V. Krishnaraj

Found with a vision of making principles and technological advancements in civil engineering and architecture available to a common man. In the age, where designs were adopted and inspired from foreign architects, our founder developed self-sustained local designs and made use of locally available materials to reduce costs. His designs bring out the soul of Coimbatore and made it popular worldwide. He was closely associated and influenced by two great visionaries :

Education Minister of Tamil Nadu and founder of Avinashilingam Institutions which played a pivotal role in imparting technical education to women.

Mr. K.V. Krishnaraj

Mr. K.V. Krishnaraj is the founder and managing partner of K.V.Krishnaraj & Associates. He has completed his Engineering graduation from P.S.G. college of Technology and Architecture from J.J. college of arts , Bombay. He was an academician at start and served as Head of Civil Engineering at P.S.G Polytechnic college. He was into professional practice as set up the firm in 1965. He is an expert in architectural design and structural design. He has attended various conferences related to housing across several countries.

Mr. S.Manoj Prabaakar

Mr. S.Manoj Prabaakar is a partner in the firm K.V.Krishnaraj & Associates. He has completed his under graduation in Civil Engineering and post Graduation in Structural Engineering from Sri Krishna Institutions, Coimbatore. He has completed a Diploma course on construction materials from NPTEL. He has a keen interest in the field of designing, promoting and sustainable developments. He aims at bringing the technological advancements to the fore and implementing them to reduce the costs in constructions and improve quality.

Mr. G.Shanmugham

Mr. G.Shanmugham heads the Finance team. He has completed his Master of Commerce from Annamalai University and has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade from Madras University and Diploma in Company Law from Annamalai University He has 18 years of experience in working as a Senior executive, Corporate Finance , at Ennore Foundries (Ashok Leyland). He has the experience of preparing Project Financial reports and handling Financial Aspects of Construction.
