Tea traders association building has a grid slab spanning 64’ ft by 64 ft without any form of beam or column obstruction between. The auction hall had to be built without any obstruction since everyone had to be visible from the centre stage. Further there are provisions for more than 100 computers for the auction and it is in a stepped manner to enable comfortable viewing from the back.
