Mr. Krishnaraj is an legend in ARCHITECT and structural engineering work. He maintains punctuality in time and work. During weekly meetings all labours and engineers must attend in time, only 10 minutes grace time will be given for late comers. He is an honest and sincere person. My building S.B.Towers was constructed by him. It is still in good condition and strong. Even after bomb blast the building had no cracks. There is good air circulation to all shops and it is spacious for parking. He is strict that only after he signs the payment can be released.

We approached Er. Krishnaraj for constructing our house at Flower market. Our plot was a compact plot in a busy area. He devised an excellent plan with commercial shops at the ground floor and residence at the first and second floors. Since there was no open space at the rear and one side, he suggested an open to sky. This elevated the ambience of our house and our house is the most airy and ventilated house in our neighbourhood.
